Halloween is quickly approaching and spooky celebrations are in full swing! Here are some healthier options for party treats and hand outs if you're trying to avoid a sugar overload.
Osteoporosis prevention! Often called a “silent” disease because it's not common to experience any symptoms until you break a bone. Bone density and mass decreases, and the bone structure can also change. Bones become porous (like a sponge) and break from the most minor bumps and falls.
Go back to the basics. Becoming an elite athlete is not done by accident, unless you’re some incomprehensible prodigy which 99.99% of us are not. We must start at the beginning. We can’t become great at level 10 without first mastering level 1. As Gordon B. Hinkley states “You can’t build a great building on a weak foundation.”
